In any disaster, seconds and degrees matter! Here's how we see it -
We believe the first seconds and minutes following a disaster are the most critical - how you respond will impact your ability to recover and may even save lives! What would you do with your first 180 seconds after a disaster strikes?
When we change direction, we intentionally determine that this change is necessary. For businesses it may be developing a plan for the first time, or determining that after years of planning, the program has not matured, leaving your business exposed (unnecessarily)!
180 seconds or 180 degrees - which one concerns you most as an organization?
Either is a compelling view on making changes before a disaster event impacts your business.
Without having a plan (or worse yet having one that does not function well), you put your business, your people and possibly your company's future at risk.
